Works great with my 8meg digi camera. Get this memory card. It is fast and holds tons of digital photos and videos without needing a download.
Capacity is nice too 8GB holds quite a few photos. I use these cards in my Panasonic FZ-50. They are very fast as far as read/write and they allow me to shoot RAW when I want to without sacrificing as much in speed of shooting.
They did come inside a plastic anti-static carry-case. You have no guarantee that the product is new, or that it hasn't been written to already (Solid-state RAM longevity is all about total reads/writes over time).
BUYER BEWARE. Your limited warranty is completely VOID as a result of the seller's removal of the product from the OEM packaging.
My product came on time, in a very small mailer package. This is a used product, that is not in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING.
You can find this product for the same price in the original packaging without the shady scenario. I ordered two of these, and they came open, not in the original packaging.
A review of the seller's description does show an ambiguous description of the packaging: "SDSDX3-008G BULK - Each unit is individually packaged in an Anti-Static Parts Bag" however the buyer must BEWARE and realize that this is NOT A NEW PRODUCT, no matter what the seller says.
